RETAIL SUPERVISOR
As we ramp up for another busy rental season here on Emerald Isle, we're actively seeking a retail supervisor. This person will be expected to acquire product and procedure knowledge and be a resource to the retail team. Comfort using multiple websites, answering the phones, and great follow-up skills a must. This role is
MECHANIC
Service is an integral part of any bicycle shop. We're always looking for amazing bicycle mechanics. Mechanical proficiency is required, but we can teach you basic bicycle maintenance. We maintain our own rental fleet and help keep the the island rolling. This role can be part-time or full-time.
RETAIL TEAM MEMBER
As we ramp up for another busy rental season here on Emerald Isle, we're actively seeking some retail team members. This position will primarily be responsible for working with customers in the store or on the phone to make rental bike reservations. They will also be responsible for customer checkout, service order creation, and answering basic customer questions. Comfort using multiple websites, answering the phones, and great follow-up skills a must. This role is part-time and seasonal.
WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER
As we ramp up for another busy rental season here on Emerald Isle, we're actively seeking warehouse team members. This position will primarily be responsible for basic bike maintenance and cleaning. They will also be responsible for pulling bikes for reservations and helping with safety and sizing for ride aways. The ability to lift 40 pounds is required. This role is part-time and seasonal
